We believe that quality learning starts with quality care, which is why all of our staff are highly trained and hold various credentials in early childhood education.

Founder and owner of World Around Us
As the founder and owner of World Around Us Child Care, Becca pursues her lifetime mission of providing a nurturing environment and a quality learning atmosphere for every child. Along with Director's Credential, Becca holds a master’s degree in Child Psychology with minors in Special Education and Business Finance from the University of Minnesota.
Director at White Bear Lake
Kristen joined World Around Us Child Care team in 2017. Kristen has her Degree in Early Childhood Education Emphasizing in Special Needs. She has been in the child care field for over 17 years and enjoys every minute of it. In her free time she enjoys being with her family and outside.
Director at North St. Paul
Dawn has been with World Around Us Child Care in North St. Paul since 2000. As a member of the leadership team there, she manages internal operations and creates a joyful learning environment for each child. She truly loves her work.
